 Bubba Justice (wife Melany), Senior Pastor. Bubba has been the pastor since the church was started in 1994. He had been a part of VCF Birmingham since 1983, when it was stillHillcrestBaptistChurch. He served VCF Birmingham as youth pastor, children’s pastor, small group coordinator, and assistant pastor. He attendedSoutheasternBibleCollege inBirmingham andBirminghamSchool of the Bible. He holds a BS in accounting from UAB, and a Masters of Biblical Studies from Birmingham School of Theology. He and Melany have been married since 1987. Melany is a paralegal, and serves on the worship team. They have two daughters in college at Lee University.Email Bubba |

Steve Cole (wife Stacy), Worship/Executive Pastor. Steve graduated fromSamfordUniversity with a music education degree. He has been working on staff at churches since 1982. He has been at IVC since 1994. Steve is both Worship and Executive Pastor.Stacy Cole (husband Steve), Administrative Assistant. Stacy is a part-time administrative assistant here at IVC and manages a cosmetic studio in the Galleria. She also helps lead with Steve on the worship team. Suzanne Williams (husband Ward), Children’s Pastor. Suzanne has been on the IVC staff since 2002. Suzanne graduated fromSamfordUniversity with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She has completed counseling courses at Reformed Seminary inOrlando,Florida, and has served as a Montessori school teacher, Middle School guidance counselor, Laity Lodge Youth Camp counselor, and a county mental health service provider. She is married to Ward Williams who is the executive director of Vineyard Family Services. Ward and Suzanne have three young children: Tate, Carson and Sarah Paige.Email Suzanne |

Mittie McCarty, College Pastor. Mittie is a graduate of Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas,Tx where she majored in theology. She served as a missionary for 7 years inKent,England working with over 15,000 young people each year on school campuses. She has worked with college leaders at four major Universities inBirmingham andTuscaloosa to disciple, train, and equip them in reaching out to their own campus communities. With the help of these leaders, we have developed a 1-3 year internship program called ACTS: Advancing Campus Outreach through Students. Jason Richardson (wife Stephanie), Youth Pastor. Jason joined the staff as the youth pastor in September 2009 after spending 2 years on staff at the Anaheim Vineyard. He has been in ministry since 1999, serving in many churches, youth camps, & campus organizations. He has served as worship leader, small group leader, audio-visual coordinator, 4th and 5th grade Sunday school coordinator, & facilities coordinator. Jason’s wife Stephanie also serves with the youth & works at a local hair salon. They have been married since 2004. They have two children, Jeremiah & Nicola.Email Jason |

Gina Burns (husband Greg), Administrative Assistant. Gina has been attending the Vineyard since 1999. She joined the staff in March 2006. She and her husband Greg have led small groups and served in youth and outreach ministries. She also helps organize several of our large events. They have two teenage sons Hunter and Tobie.
