Bubba Justice, Senior PastorBubba has been our pastor since this church was started in 1994. He had been a part of VCF Birmingham since 1983, when it was still Hillcrest Baptist Church. He served VCF Birmingham as youth pastor, children’s pastor, small group pastor, small group coordinator, and assistant pastor. Bubba attended Southeastern Bible College in Birmingham and Birmingham School of the Bible. He holds a BS in accounting from UAB, and a Masters of Biblical Studies from Birmingham School of Theology. He and Melany have been married for 22 years. Melany is a paralegal and serves on the worship team. They have two daughters: Jessilyn, who is a sophomore in college at Lee University in Tennessee and Katelyn, who is a junior at Hoover High School. |

Steve Cole, Worship Pastor & Church AdministrationSteve graduated from Samford University with a music education degree. He has been working on staff at churches since 1982. He has been at the Inverness Vineyard since 1994. Steve leads our worship ministry and is IVC’s Executive Pastor. Stacy works with Merle Norman Cosmetics and helps lead worship. In June 2007, Steve and his wife Stacy, welcomed their daughter, Halle Kate. In March 2009, they went to China to adopt a precious little baby, Anna Claire. |

Suzanne Williams, Children’s PastorSuzanne has been on the IVC staff since 2002. She graduated from Samford University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She has completed counseling courses at Reformed Seminary in Orlando, Florida, and has served as a Montessori school teacher, Middle School guidance counselor, Laity Lodge Youth Camp counselor, and a county mental health service provider. Suzanne is our children’s pastor and is the director of our Vineyard Learning Center. Suzanne and her husband Ward have two sons, Tate and Carson, and a daughter, Sarah Paige. Ward Williams is the director of Vineyard Family Services. |

Mittie McCarty, College & ACTS DirectorMittie is a graduate of Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas where she majored in theology. She served as a missionary through the Vineyard for 7 years in Kent, England working with over 15,000 young people each year on school campuses throughout the UK. Over the past 3 years, she has worked with college leaders at four major Universities in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa to disciple, train, and equip them in reaching out to their own campus communities. With the help of these leaders, we have developed a 1-3 year internship program called ACTS: Advancing Campus Outreach through Students. Our ACTS program currently works with students at Samford through the Rain Worship Movement and reaches over 300 International Students at UAB. |

Jason Richardson, Youth PastorJason joined the staff as the youth pastor in September 2009 after spending 2 years on staff at the Anaheim Vineyard. He has been serving in ministry since 1999, serving in many churches, youth camps, and campus organizations. He has served as worship leader, small group leader, audio-visual coordinator, 4th and 5th grade Sunday school coordinator, and facilities coordinator. Jason’s wife Stephanie also serves with the youth at church and works at a local hair salon. They have been married since 2004, and welcomed into the world their son Jeremiah in 2005. Jason’s favorite food is sushi and he loves getting dirty. |

Gina Burns, Administrative AssistantGina has been attending the Vineyard since 1999. She has served in youth and outreach ministries. She and her husband Greg have led small groups. She joined the staff in March 2006. They have two boys, Hunter and Tobie. During the Christmas holidays, Gina’s house is the brightest house on her street with over 35,000 lights that dance to music. |

Julie Burson, Administrative AssistantJulie has been attending the Vineyard since 1994. She and her husband Paul have been married for 21 years and have four children: Jordan, Jessica, Jill and Jenna. She re-joined the staff in January 2008. During Julie’s free time she plays tennis and softball. |
